Chokes

This page will comprise lists of chokes: how to execute and escape from them. They are broken up into the two types of chokes; windpipe which is to cut off airflow and carotid to cut off blood flow to the brain. The chokes below are from many different style and can sometime be hybrid windpipe and carotid chokes.
