Our emphasis subjects includes Shaolin kung fu ,Bagua Zhang,China mantis fist ,Tai Ji,Qi Gong and Sanda. Our Chinese culture lessons are also quite distinctive, includingDaoism,massage, and acupuncture. ShengJing mountain is the birthplace of Taoism (Quan Zhen Religion), our kung fu school offers you every opportunity to learn kung fu in China and widen your field of vision. Our dream is to reinvent the meaning of cultural exchange and education, through the daily practice of Chinese martial arts (Chinese Kung Fu) and immersing you in Chinese language, history and culture. All of this will be done in an environment free from the stresses of daily life, in the mountains, surrounded by nature and set next to the idyllic ShengJing Mountain East Flower Daoism Temple. We believe martial arts training not only makes your body stronger but also brings your heart and your mind to a higher level.

At Shengjing mountain we use traditional Chinese martial arts training methods. It will develop both your internal and external Kung Fu and teach you to balance your hands, eyes, body and mind, the ultimate aim is to harmonize internal and external elements of your being so they work in unison and are perfectly balanced, finally reaching your ideal state. Our emphases training are form and applications. Learn form in the morning and learn applications in the afternoon. We also will thread some internal training, flexibility training, Qi Gong training, conditioning training into daily workout. Because every student is different the Master has a unique approach in that he quickly ascertains students’ strengths and will adapt his teaching to each individual student, in so doing he always brings out the best in everyone he teaches. He has developed this method through his dedication and extensive experience of more than 10 years of teaching foreign students.

Master Qu started to learn Martial arts from his childhood. After over twenty years of hard work and effort, he started to mark his own name by teaching what he had learned from his masters. At the same time, he got more opportunities to enrich his experience when he followed his master to take part in some international exchanges and competitions. He also found more and more foreigners were attracted by Chinese martial arts and Chinese culture. So the dream of opening his own martial arts school began to form. He discussed his ideas with his master, and got a positive response. He then needed a place to begin his dream. When he traveled to Weihai city Shengjing mountains, it seemed that this beautiful environment and fresh air called to him, he then found that this is the birthplace of Taoism and quanzhen. So he decided to set up his school here. Under several monthly preparation and his master, friends generous help, we have already gathered so many traditional martial arts amateurs who from all over the world. Most of them let their dreams come true through a strict training regimen. Some have even begun to excel beyond the anticipations they had before coming here.

Food and accommodation

We provide first-rate accommodation, The bedrooms are particularly spacious and come with air-con and en-suite facilities. Each room has two beds as students are required to share a room with one of their classmates. We also have our own garden where we grow our own vegetables so that we can offer green and organic sustenance for the students.
