Come visit and train Muay Thai in Thailand, Phuket! Take a group Muay Thai class or a private muay thai classes with a one of experienced trainers, stay at Nayai Resort that is conveniently located next to Rattachai Gym, grab some lunch at Areeya Cafe across the street from the Rattachai Gym, and enjoy all beauty that Thailand has to offer. Rattachai Gym is only a 15 minute scooter ride to Phuket’s most beautiful beaches and a few minutes away from Central Festival and the night market where you can shop and try new foods from all over Thailand.

 

Classes are available for all levels from beginners to advanced and you will work with an experienced trainer at your level.

 

MUAY THAI GROUP CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY- SATURDAY:

Morning Group Class: 8:00 – 10:00

Afternoon Group Class: 4:00 – 6:00

We have a looped road behind the gym which is great for running on so no need to just do running on the mats.

 

Training 2 hours.

– Run – Skip – Stretch

– Break and Hand wrap

– Shadow – Techniques

– Pad work 4 rounds

– Bag work 3 rounds

– Muay Thai spar/clinch

– Speed kick/Knees

– Weights – Bar – Tire run – Stretch
