Dynamic Muay Thai Training Course
In this phase, the fighting techniques used in Muay Thai we will be illustrated and explained in details. A perfect technical execution is the basis of combat; we have decided to split the program into multiple modules so that you can devote space to the understanding and internalization of all
the details. Fists and defense against punches. Analysis and study of the hits of fist and defenses in evasive action, parade or protection.
Kicks and kicking defense
Analysis and study of the kicking techniques and systems to learn the coordinations from which they derive. Learning the kicking defenses and ways to make them effective. Elbows and knees. The use of elbows and knees is a real art in Muay Thai. This distinguishes Muay Thai from other combat sports. This session will explain basics and tricks to become effective in this area of refined techniques. Combinations. Fighting techniques, like a sword, are continually sharpened, to do this, there are numerous ways in which to train our bodies and our minds in order to obtain fast and precise movements increasingly powerful.
We will explain the methods by which you structure and organize a lecture to a group or individually, according to the objectives to be obtained and the level of practitioners.
To train with the maximum precision and effectiveness is good to know how to organize a training program (often called schedule), on a basis that varies according to the level and goals of the exercises or training methods.
Physical Training
A trained body is the basis for success in any martial art, sport or physical discipline. Training is both simple and complex. It is important to know the methods and exercises to create a strong and flexible body, putting the utmost attention to safety and protection of the joints.
The physical training for combat is probably the most complete existing just because a fighter needs to train all skills of the body evenly.
We can divide the world of fitness in three major areas: Strength, Endurance and Flexibility that must be trained separately and interconnected in order to create a harmonious body.
In particular, we will cover some calisthenics and some small tools and methods to combine them in circuit training.
 
Muay Thai as a means of Meditation and Self-knowledge.
What primarily differentiates our Muay Thai training, from training with any fighter facing the competition that you can find around, is the intention behind it. For us the practice of Muay Thai is a meditative path inside where the opponent is not an enemy but our playmate, a being that acts as a mirror and helps us to know each other better. The lessons of this section are intended to give all the technical work and a physical strength that develops meditative consciousness itself.
 
History and Symbolism of Muay Thai
As a martial art, Muay Thai has a very interesting cultural background. In this brief lesson we will reveal some curiosity and talk of the fascinating history of the Thai people, of its warriors and its art.
We will also explain some aspects of symbolism related to this discipline and rites that still accompany the life of the modern Thai warriors.
 
Detailed analysis of the materials of the course (second module) Revision and Deepening the first module. The subjects of the first module will be withdrawn shortly after a period of practice and training since the date of the first course. We will analyze in detail the Clinch or part of infighting permitted in Muay Thai.
 
We will learn how to use the training methods to train advanced athletes, to correct any defects or enhance individual characteristics. After a review and study of the first modle, we will study the use of tools such as kettlebells, medicine balls, and weights applied to combat readiness.
Besides deepening the field of circuits, we will analyze some methods to enhance the athlete's physical characteristics such as strength, endurance etc. Finally, we will learn to insert these new methodologies in a weekly chart and monthly training. In this phase the students will try to teach small groups and individual lessons and build small training programs to be run.
 
Training Camp
 
The second module will end with two days of training in the tradition of Thai gyms. For its incredible effectiveness and simplicity Muay Thai is often successfully applied to defense both in military and civilian context. During the workshop, we will analyze the techniques that are best suited to this application and we will play some conditioning exercises to work on the emotional sphere and control of fear: the most important part of the defense staff.
