Chang Muay Thai Gym – Overview
Chang Muay Thai has a Swiss owner and opened for business in 2009. All the trainers come from the North of Thailand. The camp is situated right beside Kata beach.
Chang Muay Thai Gym – Training
The gym offers two sessions a day. The morning starts at 08:00 and ends at 11:00. The afternoon session goes from 16:00 to 19:00. Training consists of cardiovascular exercise such as distance running and skipping. There is also plenty of pad work, sparring, and clinching.
Chang Muay Thai Gym – Accommodation
The gym has four rooms on-site to rent. These cost 300 THB per night. There is also plentiful accommodation in the local area to suit every budget.
Chang Muay Thai Gym – Training Costs
It costs 400 THB for one session. Training per day costs 600 THB and those who pay a month in advance get a discounted price of 12,000 THB.
