Instructions for Morote-Dori Kokyu-Ho - Aikido Technique - Section supported by Aikido books

Morote-Dori Kokyu-Ho is an Aikido exercise that teaches students how to unbalance an attacker who has grabbed them with two hands. In this Aikido technique, a student will use their hips and elbow to knock over their training partner (uke).

According to Traditional Aikido of Sonoma, "O'Sensei once said that a student could learn all the basics of aikido if he practiced just three techniques: tai-no-henko, morotedori-kokyuho, and suwariwaza-kokyuho".
