KYN Thai Thai Camp

KYN Muay Thai Camp is one of the only camps in Thailand that is located right on the water’s edge of a stunning sunset coast, and has a beautiful swimming pool on site.

Whether your dream is to become a champion Muay Thai fighter or simply to get in shape and shed a few pounds, we will work with you to achieve your goals.  KYN Gym offers the chance of fighting in stadiums all around Thailand if our trainers feel you are ready. These stadiums include the famous Rajadamnern and Lumpini stadiums in Bangkok, Thailand.

Our Muay Thai camp has a restaurant serving great health foods to ensure you get the best nutrition during your intense training. You will get 2 meals per day included in the price, breakfast after training in the morning and dinner after the afternoon session.  We have a large swimming pool just meters from the sunset beach and a variety of rooms to suit all budgets, from affordable fan rooms to luxury apartments. 

 

Please note: We have limited our student numbers to keep our classes top quality and to stop our gym from becoming over crowded . So please book in advance through the booking form as we tend to get booked up quickly.

Our classes are run by the owner and head trainer, muay thai legend Hlukhin Wassantasit (Wichit Lampmee) and his team. All very talented and dedicated professionals who provide our students with intense, real Muay Thai training. Our classes are small and have a real emphasis on technique, and individual attention is guaranteed.

Muay Thai, Thailand’s national sport, is VERY intense and requires a lot of commitment; our  professional trainers here will work with you at your level to achieve your goals and maximum potential.

9 km run (only compulsory for fighters)

Skipping (Optional, before the class starts)

Stretching session

Shadow boxing + technique training

Sparring + grappling with technique training

Bag work with trainer supervision

One on one pad work with trainer

Clinching with close supervision from our trainers

Weights (optional)

warm down while admiring our sunset view!

Finish your class with a well deserved swim!

 

Training at K.Y.N. Muay Thai Gym is held six days a week (Sunday is a day off!).

 

Please book well in advance

 

Please book 2 or 3 months in advance when possible as we get booked up very quickly. Unfortunately once are rooms are full we can not allow people not staying on camp to join our group classes. We have limited our student numbers to keep our classes top quality and to stop our gym from becoming over crowded . We do however welcome everybody to come along to experience our VIP private lessons any time between our group classes ,

Group classes start at 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm

Private VIP Lessons, held Monday to Saturday, are one-on-one lessons with one of our excellent champion trainers and are perfect for perfecting technique, and are available anytime between 10am and 3.00pm.

Our shop- Training Gear

For your own safety you will need your own gloves and shinpads in order to train here. If you do not wish to bring any with you we have a shop here that sells gloves, shinpads, shorts, T-shirts and vest tops, hand wraps, anklets and mouth guards.
