Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Academy (or Shaolin Temple  Wushu School) was founded in 1978, is the earliest and the largest kung fu academy in China. is the earliest an authentic martial arts professional schools, but also a set of chinese cultural, martial arts, film and television performances, training in an integrated martial arts academies. Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Academy is located in Mount Song, Shaolin Temple, Dengfeng city, Henan province, China. The total investment of one hundred million , with a total construction area of 730,000 square meters, Facilities , well-equipped , full-featured, Academy management experience plentiful, professional management staff 258, Teaching force strong, level 1 coach 160, outstanding teachers 170, Coaches held by national, provincial champion; teachers served by the college education of teachers. Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Academy under the jurisdiction of Shaolin Wushu International Training Center is a approved by the Ministry of Education to recruit foreign students studying education and training base of Shaolin martial arts. Existing 8800 square meters of building a multi-purpose foreign teaching, equipped classrooms, training rooms, standard suites, Foreign Affairs Office, and are equipped with closed-circuit television, telephone, Internet teaching and living facilities. Martial arts courses with traditional shaolin kung fu Basic Skill, Empty Hand Forms, Shaolin Weapons (Knife, Sword, Spear, Stick and Shaolin Traditional Weapons),  Actual Combat (Sanda, Taekwondo, kickboxing, Boxing), Qi Gong), fitness and health, film and television performances, martial arts theory and other professional, many open primary, intermediate Chinese listening, reading, speaking, Chinese history and culture course. Since the Shaolin wushu international training center established 17 years,, and actively carry out foreign martial arts teaching and communication, have organized delegations to over 50 countries and regions, and teaching martial arts world, has had received from the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea and other foreign students over 40 countries and regions, more than 9800 people. Accommodation

The academy provides you with full room and board. Student hotel style rooms:

All of our student rooms are hotel style, Every room is equipped with high-speed internet access, air-conditioner, the independent bathroom, 24 hours hot water, single beds, wardrobes and other supporting facilities, we can guarantee a good life summer and winter. Students can according to their own needs, choose a single room or double room。

 

Meals:

Our full room and board service includes three warm meals a day. This goes throughout seven days a week. Breakfast consists of traditional buns, Chinese oatmeal and eggs. Lunch and dinner both consist of rice with a big range of vegetables added, as well as fish and meat. Vegetarians will be catered for.

Note: There's always the option to buy additional stuff as fruits in the academy's supermarket or the supermarket in the Dengfeng City ( By bus about 10 minutes ).

Four times a year the academy celebrates the holidays with big feasts. These holidays are Chinese new-year, mid-autumn festival, academy's anniversary and western Christmas .
