Low Acrobatics

Low acrobatics in Systema have several purposes. They train movement patterns, teach you to fall softly and instantly get back up, allow you to quickly and gently change your profile, and loosen your joints and muscles. There are literally hundreds of low acrobatics for any sort of psychological and physical training and more are being created even as you read this, but this will cover some of the basic ones.
