Solo Baston - Single Stick Work

This page provides details for the Arnis/Eskrima/Kali technique known as Solo Baston.

This is where one or both of the opponents have a single stick. The standard Kali stick being 26-28" which is about roughly the length of an average person's arm. This page will list the elements of working with a single stick.
