Kali Kicks - in traditional Kali kicks are almost always below the belt as there are sticks or other weapons swinging above the belt

These kicks should be integrated with hand/stick work so that they never stand alone as a strike, be it that the main striking weapon is in the hand.

Main Kicks - Arguably the two more utilized and important kicks in Kali with a large emphasis on being used with stick work.

• Kali Round Kick
• Kali Side Kick

"Minor Kicks" - Other low line kicks useful to stick fighting (examples from other styles).

• Front Kick - Krav Maga - Shin to strike up into the groin.
• Front or Straight Kick - With the ball of the foot, aimed to the gut, useful in pushing an opponent off of you.
• Fumikomi - A stomping kick with the heel to break many of the small bones in the foot.
• Scoop Kick - Or oblique kick which is useful for jamming an opponent's advance.
• Leg Sweep - Krav Maga - Simple sweep from the inside, useful in close quarter stick fighting.
• Muay Thai Diagonal Knee Strike - Useful if your weapon is disarmed and transitioning at close quarter to the empty hand.
• Knee Strike (Vertical) - Krav Maga - Useful while disarming or locking an opponent.
