Double End Bags - Boxing & Martial Arts Training Equipment

Double end bags are used by boxers & martial artists in order to improve hand-eye coordination, punching speed, accuracy, etc. It is also used by boxers to practice avoiding a punch. Boxers will practice moving their head and body to avoid the bounce back of the double end bag.

This piece of martial arts training equipment consists of a medium-sized leather or rubber bag/ball hung between two elastic bands. A variation of the double end bag uses a double rounded bag. For an even smaller and more difficult target to hit, martial artists also use tennis ball double end bags.
