Instructions for Oblique Crunches - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Oblique Crunches (or Side Crunches). These crunches are a great exercise to build up your core strength. Oblique crunches will help to improve your rotation ("torquing" power) and thus help your martial arts kicking and punching strength.
