Jung Bong (Medium Staff) - Hapkido Martial Arts Weapon

The Jung Bong is a wooden staff used in Korean martial arts such as Hapkido. Similar to the Japanese Jo, this roughly 4-5 foot weapon is used for self-defense, demonstrations, sparring, etc. Other wooden Hapkido weapons include the Jang Bong and Dan Bong.
