Suicide Drills For Better Martial Arts Conditioning

This page will teach you how to do "Suicide Drills". This intense workout drill will boost your overall martial arts agility, conditioning and endurance. This routine is used by many sports (such as basketball, soccer and football) in order to build stamina and agility.
