Instructions for Standing Alternating Knee to Elbow Crunches - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Standing Alternating Knee to Elbow Crunches (or Standing Opposite Knee to Elbow Crunches). These crunches are a great exercise to build up your core strength as they work on your abs and obliques. They will improve your rotational power and thus help your martial arts kicking and punching strength. Standing crunches will also help to add some variety to your core workout versus traditional lying down crunches.
