Squat Jumps - A Warm-Up Exercise for Martial Arts Students

This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Squat Jumps. This plyometrics exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up their legs (esp. quads and calf muscles) and improve their jumping and kicking ability.

All warm-up exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
