Spinning Back Fist - Martial Arts Striking Technique

These videos and instructions will teach you how to do a martial arts spinning back fist. This is a more advanced version of the traditional back fist strike.

This is a deceptive technique that can catch an opponent off guard (as the martial artist seems to be initially turning away from the opponent). Moreover, the spin of this technique adds momentum and thus it is very powerful striking technique.
