Instructions for Spider Guard Sweeps

This page provides details on how to do Spider Guard Sweeps. This technique is used to sweep (knock down) opponents while you are in the Spider Guard position and allows you to transition into a submission technique, escape, etc. This technique is used in martial arts systems such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
