How To Do A Martial Arts Spear Hand Strike

These videos and instructions will teach you how to do a martial arts "spear hand" strike. In contrast to the spear finger strike, this technique uses all of the fingers (except the thumb).

This strike is utilized to strike soft parts of the body. However, it is easy to jam or break your fingers if you miss the target and hit bone.
