  • Musubi Dachi (ready stance)
  • Heiko Dachi (parallel stance)
  • Turning 90 degrees left, left foot forward zenkutsu dachi (front stance), soto uke (outside block)
  • Stepping forward with right foot, zenkutsu dachi (front stance), oizuki (lunge punch)
  • Turning 180 degrees right, right foot forward zenkutsu dachi (front stance), soto uke (outside block)
  • Stepping forward with left foot, zenkutsu dachi (front stance), oizuki (lunge punch)
  • Turning 90 degrees left, left foot forward zenkutsu dachi (front stance), soto uke (outside block)
  • Stepping forward with right foot, zenkutsu dachi (front stance), oizuki (lunge punch)
  • Stepping forward with left foot, zenkutsu dachi (front stance), oizuki (lunge punch)
