Shintaro: The Samurai

Shintaro: The Samurai was a very popular Japanese TV series that ran in Australia in the 1960s. It focused on an illegitimate brother of the Shogun who assumes the guise of a wandering swordsman to "seek out and eliminate plots by rival feudal lords and thus protect his younger brother".
