Scissor Jumps - Martial Arts Plyometrics Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Scissor Jumps. This plyometrics exercise will improve your leg strength and thus help you to generate stronger martial arts kicks. Scissor jumps involve jumping from a spread leg position and switching your legs in the air. This plyometrics workout can also be used as part of a martial arts warm-up routine and to help improve your overall conditioning.
