Rotational Jumps - Martial Arts Warm-Up & Strength Exercise

Rotational jumps are used in martial arts for warm-ups and to help improve a martial artists's core and leg strength. It also improves a martial artist's ability to turn quickly in order to handle an opponent.

This exercise involves jumping and rotating your body in the air so you land facing 180 degrees from your original starting point.
