Pullovers - Martial Arts Upper Body Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do "Pullovers". This chest exercise is done with a dumbbell or barbell. It also works your shoulders, lats, etc. This martial arts exercise will help to increase your punching and grappling power.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
