Pho Bak (Rope) - Hapkido Martial Arts Weapon

The Pho Bak is a rope or belt which is used as a self-defense weapon in Hapkido. This traditional Hapkido weapon is used to restrain, immobilize or choke an attacker. The Pho Bak is also less threatening to carry than a sword, staff, etc.
