Overhand Punch - Martial Arts Punching Technique

The target of the overhand punch is usually the opponent's head. This punching technique is used in martial arts such as Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, etc. This punch is also known as the Overhand Right (even though you can also use your left hand to throw this punch).
