Learn About Krav Maga's Outside Chop Technique

This page provides details for the Krav Maga "Outside Chop". For an outside chop in Krav Maga, the student moves his/her hand across their body (i.e. their right hand would start near their left ear) with the palm of the hand is facing down. Then the student would swing the hand inwards towards the target (i.e. an opponent's neck). The student should hit the target with the outside ridge of his/her hand.
