Instructions for the One Legged Squat Reach - Martial Arts Balance Training

Instructions for One Legged Squat Reach Exercise

  • Stand on one leg with your knee slightly bent.
  • Raise your other leg modestly off the ground.
  • With the hand opposite your standing leg, reach down to the opposite side of your body and touch the ground.
  • Repeat this balance exercise by standing on your other leg.
