Medicine Ball Supine Chest Throws - Martial Arts Plyometrics Exercise This page will teach you how to do Medicine Ball Supine Chest Throws. This plyometrics exercise will improve your arm & chest strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques. In this plyometrics exercise, you will lie on your back and throw the medicine ball into the air (by pushing it upwards with two hands) and catch as it comes back to the ground. All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor to ensure the proper technique is being utilized and to avoid potential injuries.
