Medicine Ball One Hand Throws - Martial Arts Plyometrics Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Medicine Ball One Hand Throws. This plyometrics exercise will improve your martial arts arm, shoulder & chest strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques.

In this plyometrics exercise, you will use one arm to "push" a medicine ball from chest level to a partner. This drill is good for improving your punching power.
