Kinshi Waza - Judo's Forbidden Techniques

In Kodokan Judo, there are number of forbidden grappling techniques. These techniques are banned from competition because they are seen as very likely to cause injury to an opponent. In Japanese, these forbidden techniques are known as Kinshi Waza.

All of Judo's Kinshi Waza techniques are dangerous and should only be practiced under the supervision of a trained Judo instructor. Be considerate of your training partner!
