Kick-Outs - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise This page will teach you how to do "Kick-Outs". This is an effective martial arts exercise used to build up your core strength. It also helps to increase your leg strength, especially your quadriceps. More advanced versions do not allow you to place your hands on the floor in order to generate greater instability and thus an even more intense core workout.
