Instructions for the ITF Taekwondo Parallel Stance or Narani Sogi

Written Instructions for the ITF Taekwondo Parallel Stance

  • Feet face directly forward.
  • Feet are a shoulder width apart.
  • Feet are parallel to one another. One is not in front of the other.
  • Body weight is split evenly between both legs.
