Instructions for Chi No Kata - International Hayashi-Ha Shito-Ryu Kata

  • Musubi Dachi
  • Heiko Dachi
  • Stepping 45 degrees forward with right foot, turning 90 degrees left, left foot forward zenkutsu dachi age uke
  • Stepping forward with right foot forward ½ zenkutsu dachi oizuki
  • Stepping backward with right foot, turning 90 degrees right shiko dachi, left hand gedan barai
  • Stepping 45 degrees forward with left foot, turning 90 degrees right, right foot forward zenkutsu dachi age uke
  • Stepping forward with left foot forward ½ zenkutsu dachi oizuki
  • Stepping backward with left foot, turning 90 degrees left shiko dachi, right hand gedan barai
  • Stepping forward with left foot zenkutsu dachi soto uke
  • Stepping forward with right foot zenkutsu dachi soto uke
  • Left side Mae Geri, landing left foot forward zenkutsu dachi, left side tate empi
