Learn About The Martial Art Eagle Strike Technique

This page provides details for a martial arts "Eagle Strike". This is where a martial artist puts all of his/her finger tips together with the hand facing down, moves the arm upwards and strikes the target with the top of the wrist. This is a very powerful technique and is often used against an opponent's jaw. However, this strike can also result in a broken wrist.

However, be aware that this is not the "Eagle Claw" technique used in Kung Fu.
