Doble Baston - Double Stick

This section is centered around the double stick work of Escrima. Here there are two sticks that are being utilized. A decent portion of the double stick drills/curriculum is that "Sinawali" which means 'to weave' or 'woven'. Here the main concept is that both sticks are fluidly moving over and under one another (like the stitching of fabric) so that one stick is capable of defending whilst the other is attacking, and so that one stick can recoil and prepare for the next strike while the other is still attacking.
