Instructions for the Cork Screw Exercise - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do the "Cork Screw" exercise. This exercise will improve your martial arts core strength. In turn, this will help your rotational power and thus benefit your kicking, punching and grappling power.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
