Close Quarter Spear Finger To The Jugular Notch

This is the close quarter version of the Finger strike to jugular notch, used preferably while being in a frontal choke.

Instructions:

• Again the first two fingers are kept tight
• With the ring and pinky finger being held by the thumb
• The target is the same in this instance
• But the opponent is most likely too close to for you to extend your arm
• The first two fingers are curled and they pull down
• Effectively pushing the opponent down towards the ground
