Close Grip Bench Press - Martial Arts Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do a "Close Grip Bench Press". This strength exercise focuses primarily on your triceps and secondarily on your chest and shoulders. This exercise is used to improve a martial artist's martial arts punching and grappling strength. Other triceps exercises include triangle push-ups, chair dips, triceps pushdowns, etc.
