Butt Kicks - A Warm-Up Exercise for Martial Arts Students

Written Instructions for Butt Kicks

  • In this exercise, you run forward at a modest pace or jog in place.
  • As you run, you try to touch (kick) your glutes (butt) with the heel of your feet.
