Bear Crawls - A Warm-Up Exercise for Martial Arts Students

This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Bear Crawls. This plyometric warm-up exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up and strengthen a wide variety of muscles such as shoulder, arm, chest, core and leg muscles.
