Ankle Bounces - A Warm-Up Exercise for Martial Arts Students

This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Ankle Bounces. This plyometrics warm-up exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up their legs (esp. calf muscles) and improve their jumping ability.
