Instructions for Aikido's Ryotemochi Sankyo (Defense Against A Single Wrist Grab With Two Hands)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotemochi Sankyo technique. This Aikido technique is also known as Ryote-Mochi Sankyo or Morote-Dori Sankyo.

This technique is a Sankyo defense against an opponent who is holding one of your wrists with two hands.
