Instructions for Aikido's Ryotemochi Nikyo (Defense Against A Single Wrist Grab With Two Hands)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotemochi Nikyo technique. This Aikido technique is also known as Ryote-Mochi Nikyo or Morote-Dori Nikyo.

This technique is a Nikyo defense against an opponent who is holding one of your wrists with two hands.
