Instructions for Aikido's Ryotemochi Kokyunage (Defense Against A Single Wrist Grab With Two Hands)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotemochi Kokyunage technique. This Aikido technique is also known as Ryote-Mochi Kokyunage or Morote-Dori Kokyunage.

This technique is a Kokyunage defense against an opponent who is holding one of your wrists with two hands.
