Instructions for Aikido's Ryotemochi Ikkyo (Defense Against A Single Wrist Grab With Two Hands)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotemochi Ikkyo technique. This Aikido technique is also known as Ryote-Mochi Ikkyo or Morote-Dori Ikkyo.

This technique is an Ikkyo defense against an opponent who is holding one of your wrists with two hands.
